Once the Business Intelligence Settings screen opens, users may modify the analytic report's configurations. Users may see records or access to specific options, depending on the assigned Track profile rules. Contact Track Coordinator for more information regarding the access ability. Refer to the Configure BI Settings for the Business Intelligence Setting screen lay out.
From the Business Intelligence Settings screen, select an analytic report from the drop-down list. The Business Intelligence Settings screen refreshes, and the configuration options for the selected analytic report are displayed.
Select a site, also known as location, from the Site drop-down list. The available or assigned organizations are displayed in the list boxes.
From the left Organization list box, click one or more organizations to highlight their names.
Click the Add link to add the selected organizations to the right Organization list box.
From the right Organization list box, click one or more organizations to highlight their names.
Click the Remove link to remove the selected organizations to the left Organization list box.
Configuration options vary, depending on the selected analytic report. Use the table listed below to review the configuration options for each Track analytic reports.
For each analytic report, select the configuration options where applicable.
Click OK to save the configuration options.
Target and Ceiling text boxes must have a value. Using a decimal in a number is allowed, but commas are prohibited. Enter a zero if the number is undefined.
The maximum recommended date range for each report query is 30 days to ensure good performance.
