Analytic Reports

Analytic reports are available in the main menu of the Business Intelligence screen. Click on the Track analytic report link for more detailed information of each report.

Track Analytic Reports	Descriptions
Track Process Status by Contractor	Displays the real-time status of earned hours (Not Allocated, Allocated, Accepted, and/or Authorized).
Override Details	Displays the real-time status of override requests (Approved, Rejected, Requested, and Completed).
Head Count by Contractor	Displays the number of contractors on-site for a single day or a time period.
Estimated Head Count by Category	Predicts hours for today based on pre-defined Work Categories from yesterday's allocations.
Full Time Equivalent	Displays the Full Time Equivalent for a time period.
Overtime Ratio	Displays the ratio of overtime hours to straight time hours for a time period.
Level 1 Authorized Cost	Displays the authorized allocations for Labor, Equipment, and/or Material by Level 1 cost objects.
Level 2 Authorized Cost	Displays the authorized allocations for Labor, Equipment, and/or Material by Level 2 cost objects.
Spend for Labor, Equipment, Material	Displays the spend for Labor, Equipment, and/or Material for each vendor across the enterprise.
Spend by Contractor	Displays the total spend per contractor organization for a time period.
Spend by Contract Type	Displays the spend for Labor, Lump Sum, and/or Unit Price for each vendor across the enterprise.
Spend by Resource Type	Displays the spend for Labor, Equipment, and/or Material across the enterprise.
